Sometimes in order to get some exercise in you just have to do it with your baby. Once baby is sleeping there are just so many practical things you need to do, or maybe you simply need a little nap too. Here a video that I hope will inspire you to get started on exercising after giving birth. In some of the exercises your baby will be an additional weight, in some your baby will be there to motivate you with little sweet smiles and “cheering” you on and there will even be a bit of tummy time for your baby to ‘get in’ some exercise as well.
