It’s October and Fall is here!

I thought August was busy, but it turned out that September was even busier. Work didn’t get any less, I started teaching Pilates classes again after the summer break and both kids started their schools. My lil one started at Kindergarten, and the separation anxiety has been real… – for both of us ;). My eldest started at school and has been really cool about it!

My intentions for Fall is to find that time to create more new Balletlates routines!! And to get back to Ballet, something that has been impossible due to my husbands work “schedule” or lack of.

There are so many benefits to Pilates! Most of the exercises are a combination of stretch and strengthening, which helps balancing the body and improve the body posture. Furthermore Pilates is very focused on core work and will often help people suffering from backpain. This particular program is a bit more focused on the abs, but remember Pilates is always for the whole body.
