Sometimes in order to get some exercise in you just have to do it with your baby. Once baby is sleeping there are just so many practical things you need to do, or maybe you simply need a little nap too. Here a video that I hope will inspire you to get started on exercising after giving birth. In some of the exercises your baby will be an additional weight, in some your baby will be there to motivate you with little sweet smiles and “cheering” you on and there will even be a bit of tummy time for your baby to ‘get in’ some exercise as well. With my first born I often found myself sitting staring at him (enjoying him ;)), carrying him around and placing him different places… I wanted to do things with him, but when the babies are around 0-5 months old it can be a challenge to figure out what to do with the little one. This time I started doing these exercises with my baby and I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to share with you guys. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
