Core and back pilates workout | TJ Wellness
Targeted here is the core, as always in pilates, and the back. If you would like a stronger back, toned and with some definition, this is the program for you.
As I am a beginner in ballet I have a lot of work in front of me.
We are doing pointe work, and I really wanted to improve that and get a more beautiful arch in the foot.
Therefore I created this program to do over the summer holidays and I am telling you, – it works!!
It is easier going up on point, and I have gotten a lot more defined and toned calve muscle. I am going to keep at it as consistency is key, I hope you enjoy!
Lift your butt and get a nice round bottom with this workout video! You don´t have to use weights, but I used 3 kg for show, but you can easily add more weight, – make sure to push yourself to your max. The more you push the more muscle you will build on and the nicer bottom you will get ;).
