It’s spring and the March calendar is here!
As the weather is getting warmer, hopefully sunnier, and everything is blossoming, it is a great time for us to blossom too. Eat healthier, sleep enough, workout and feel great.
I’m here to help you with the workout part ;). This month I’m preparing a new series to help you stay fit and healthy: the 2nd Love You Balletlates series. As usual there will be a good mix of strengthening and lengthening and a cardio routine, to keep that heart of yours healthy too!
