Happy New Year everybody! I cannot believe it’s 2020!!!
I thought it would be great starting this year on a happy note, hence the ‘happy’ theme on my calendar.
Even though every month, every day even, is a good time to start a healthier lifestyle, – working out regularly, eating healthier etc. there is just something about January that kicks up the motivation… Probably because of all the goodies eaten over the holidays ;)!
I’m here to help you with the workout part ;). This month I’m preparing a new series to help you stay fit and healthy: the Happy Body Balletlates series. As usual there will be a good mix of strengthening and lengthening!
