Vanilla Mug Cake with chocolate chips
This recipe is gluten free, refined sugarfree and paleo friendly.
This cake will be ready in only a couple of minutes and is perfect when you are hungry right now, and craving a sweet, but healthy snack.
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp chocolate 70% (chopped)
Start with the egg in the mug, beat a little with a fork. Add almond meal and combine well, add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in the microwave, about 1000 W, for 1 minute, check on it and give it another 30 seconds.
