Warmup Gymnastics Swing | TJ Wellness

I used to do aesthetic gymnastics and we always warmed up with a lot of “swing” exercises. It is like very old-fashioned gymnastic. I think these kind of exercises get you warm from top to toe and it is a fun way to get in some cardio too. Get swinging!!
